    not working out arms enough?

    i am working out w/ a 4 day split

    d1- back+bicep
    d2- chest+tri+abs
    d3- legs
    d4- shoulder+abs
    rest
    repeat

I feel like since I only am going to be working out my biceps 1 day that I am going to lose my progress or they will weaken. Is this just me being paranoid ?

Most people do in fact work out one body part a day, which gives it more than enough time to recover for the next session. Don't worry, it just means that at the next session you'll be able to lift heavier or do more reps. Rest is just as important as the work you put in the gym. Keep lifting hard bro.

    You're being paranoid.

1 Muscle group per week is fine, your just being paranoid, if you recover in 1 day (even arms), your not training them properly.

No you're not going to lose your gains by taking a rest. Rests are what give you gains, you are breaking down your muscle tissue which gets built during recovery.

During back day you are training biceps inderectly and chest training are tricep training as well.

This, except I do concentration curls and skullcrushers. Your arms are used enough in other compound movements imo. Keep it to 3-4 isolation sets per arm muscle
