My progress so far, 55 lbs lost since June

So i started off at 240 lbs June 1st.
The image with the red shirt was June 21st, the blue shirt July 22nd, then i finally decided to do them without a shirt even though they were for face progress....August 19th, September 20th, and then 2 days ago, October 20th at 186 lbs.
I was 185 lbs this morning, making overall weight loss of 55 lbs, lean mass and water retention obviously add to that but that is my goal.
I looked tired in most of them because well...half of the time im exhausted. I am currently eating 2500 calories a day, 2100 on my off days, and losing 2 pounds a week. 16 mins of MAX OT cardio M-F, with 30 minutes of light cardio on the weekend, and lifting heavy 4-6 reps M-F as well following MAX OT.
I am finally starting to see results of my culmination of hard work and sweat over the past few months. I can see the top four abs coming in, the shape, as well as nearly everything else.
It took a long time to realize, all of this was only possible moving out of your comfort zone. I have not missed a day or cardio session since i started.
My goal was 10% bodyfat by the end of the year and then slow bulk for four months, im not sure if i still have too much BF to reach that goal however.

What do you guys think of my progress so far?

Right on bro. Drop another 20 pounds and keep hitting the weights hard and then re-evaluate. It's hard to say if you'll hit 10% by the end of the year but keep working hard and lifting those weights!
    Barely decent crew
