    Smile 5"9 193 and cutting

    Weighed in at 193 today and started cutting today. Cutting carbs, doing cardio, ECA stack. I havent done hardly any cardio in the past 6 months and it shows! I would love to try and get to 10% BF, thats my goal.

    Didnt take any pics of legs but they are 26 inches, not huge but I tore my patellar tendon and havent been able to squat for a long time. Gotta do what I can do with them.

    I wish I knew how to add pics so that they just show up in my post without having to click on anything, how do you do that?

    Thoughts?

    At first I was coming in here expecting to see someone who has no business cutting but you have a solid build and will actually look pretty good after you're done (not that you don't look solid now). You might want to try skippys carb cycling, I've had good luck with that.

    Thanks! I was actually about 210 about three months ago. I have been as high as 235 but definitely had more fat. I lose and gain weight very quickly, not as easily as when I was younger though. I am not concerned too much with what the scale says as long as I am cutting BF. Actually I havent been this light in probably two years. I couldnt imagine weighing 180 or something, havent weighed that since high school.

    Ok I am down from 5"8 193 to 182 as of yesterday. I took a couple pics to compare and really cant tell much of a differnce. I am still eating quite a bit and havent lost much strength but have lost some. Am I doing something wrong?

    My legs arent bad......but not great. measured them at 25 inches, left leg a bit smaller though. I tore my patellar tendon bout a year and half ago and was in rehab the past year.     Thanks everyone.....Yea I guess I will continue to keep cutting. I need to just not worry about what the scale says. I weighed in at 182 last night, I feel so small. Goal is to get to 10%bf eventually. Might just continue to slowly cut until the end of the year.

    Don't get too discouraged. Most people vastly under estimate the weight they'll have to cut to to be sub 10% bf.

    I've gone from 188 to seeing the scale say 169.5 this morning and still just above 10%. I feel like look skinny again but after a good pump I look like I put on 15lbs. of muscle.

    Keep at it and try to disregard the scale. Base your progress off how you look, not how much you weigh.

    i dont understand how Op is that huge at only 183 ? alot of muscle mass and still look like your carrying abit fat. Even at 5ft 8 you look huge.

    5'9"

    I am 5'9" 176 and 5 percent BF, I came down from 202. I did 30-40 walking on Treadmill everyday and cycled low carb,mod carb, high carb days.
