    Question View my keto diet (reps)

    Ok here's my keto diet lil backround im going for 1800 cals a day keto style aight I run fasted 30 mins then after workout 30 mins again basically I'm active every day of the week ok here's my diet first time keto I'm siked
    6am 4 eggs 2 tbsp of natty pb
    9am 4 oz chicken 2 oz almonds
    12pm 4 oz chicken 2 oz almonds
    5pm postworkout shake ON whey
    7pm tuna with 2 tbsp natty pb
    I'm aware that it's a boring diet but I have school and it's the only thing I can take what else can I do to add variety on weekends ? I'm using 65%35%5% mac and according to fitpal I'm eating 120g fat 155 protein (1gper lbm) and 40 carbs( 20fiber ) so 20 net carbs it's 1800 cals critique repz thanks

    Why are you going for 1800 calories? I think that might be a little low; you're doing a lot of cardio.
    Did you try the ckd calculator to get your #'s?
    I put everything into fitday that you listed above and it comes out to 58%f/36%p/6%c. So if what you're going with is this you need to up the fat a little and bring down the protein.
    That's a lot of almonds too.
    Do you like raw veggies? Broccoli or celery dipped in blue cheese dressing?
    Weekends are easy; search the keto recipe forum. There are some great protein pancake recipes there.

    I would cut out some of those almonds/peanut butter. add some green veggies.

    edit: also, your main meals are: egg, tuna, and chicken. these are great for low fat diets... basically you're getting all of your fat from nuts. add some red meat and dairy in there.

    Yea I agree but school is a drag and like what types of meat the fatty ones like 80% lean 20% fat beef patties? I will trade chicken for beef and lower almonds and add veggies and as for dairy what kind can I take to school ? I have to go shopping myself cuz parents don't get all the food I ask sometimes I need to read labels and go thanks for output guyz any more suggestions ?

    sure 80/20 is fine. just make sure it fits with your macros.

    dairy for school: mozzarella cheese sticks, or get a big block of any kind of cheese and cut it into 1 or 2 ounce cubes. Freeze them, and everyday just go and take a couple out for the day.

    also, i love avocados. all you need is a plastic knife and fork to eat em. just cut it in half and you can eat the meat right out of the shells. should be great for school. avocados have a great fat percentage, and will also give you some good fiber too.
