This summer I will be getting rid of as much weight as I can, and I challenge all of you to do better than me. So I have put together this little contest with a prize as motivation.
The contest is a basic weight loss competition, with the winner being the person who loses the weight to body mass ratio (The Biggest Loser style). If you are the person who has the highest percentage of body mass lost by the end of the contest you win.
This contest is officially sponsored by Bodybuilding.com, and the winner will receive the following prizes.
• $300 worth of supplements
• $100 worth of clothing/accessories
• $100 cash from me
THAT'S $500 WORTH OF PRIZES!!
The contest will start on June the 1st and will run until August the 31st. To be eligible you must follow these steps.
• Post a picture of yourself holding a fresh newspaper to this thread on June the 1st – June the 4th
• Post your beginning weight with the picture
• Post another picture of yourself holding a fresh newspaper by August the 31st
• Post your ending weight with the picture
The purpose of this contest is to help promote a healthy lifestyle and to hopefully encourage some people to try and lose weight this summer. I hope to show some of you newcomers that losing weight can be easy once you have the right motivation, and the right information.
Also, this thread will be a place where you can seek advice, help, or just share your issues with others who have faced similar situations.
With that, I challenge all of you to beat my weight loss this summer. It won’t be easy, but I know you can all do it.
Good Luck!

Everyone is welcome to join and the contest is built in a way so that even those with little left to lose can still win.
If a 150 pound man lose 5 pounds, it's the equivalent to a 300 pound person losing 10.
Either way good luck with all of your goals, and I hope you join us in June.Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away. ~Antoine de Saint-Exupry

Not being funny but I'm a 370lb fat guy, weight is just going to melt off me. I've actaully got a huge advantage in this by being so obese right now.
For that reason, I'll pass because it seems unfair that I'd have such an advantage.Per Aspera Ad Astra
Will rep back when I get enough power to make a difference :D

I won't know if weight will be accurate or not, however the only way to remedy this would be to require more pictures. I don't know if anyone would want to do that. We'll see. And yes, this contest is really being sponsored by BB, and they really have offered the prizes listed in the description.
