do barbell deadlifts with jaw grip.
eat raw rice.
join the church choir.
tounge extensions.
drink salt water.
this is just a few.
make sure you do 3 sets of 10 reps.-we are what we repeatedly do. therefore, excellence is not an act but a habit.
