I'm not 100% sure if the order matters, as long as you have the complex movements first.
    Maybe....
    -Deadlifts
    -Chins/pull-ups
    -Rows
    -Shrugs

If your lats need prioritizing, place pullups before rows but after deadlifts (2nd).
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

    Agreed.

OP, at your age and size I would do deadlifts first to get maximum results. Warm up with some light pulldowns and maybe some extensions. After doing that for a while put them in last (or rack pulls) because it can have a really good effect on your back. Right now I do rack pulls for the third exercise out of five, and am liking it a lot.

I've done this with some success:

    1. Deads

    2. Pull ups

    3. Chin ups

    4. Shrugs/Row superset

The last set, I believe, is great for traps/midback.

nothing wrong with that order, and IMO deads should be done first, i cant see much point in doing deads if already fatigued
