    Baked Beans - Ideal for bulking at all?

    Yo, i am trying to eat as much as i can, but sometimes all there is really to eat are baked beans. around 400 calories per can. Will i get much out of eating these? does it really matter?
    We've got like 20 cans in the pantry just waiting to be eaten.

    Smash them bro, plenty of protien and carbs, low sodium ones are ideal, but just eat anything and everything.

    incomplete protein, but i guess if there is nothing else to eat u can eat em and they provide cals soo..yea.

    I used to lay off sh.it like that cus of the sugar and w/e but now I eat them and getting much better gains than I was. Go figure
