Smile Well guys what do ya think of this equipment

Over the internet I bought the shoulder horn, the manta ray for squats, and a neck harness, was this all worth it or did I get ripped off?

My own set of Olympic BBs do not have the Manta Ray but at the college where I also take classes....they do. I can lift more with the manta Ray than at home. That plastic shield seems to spread the weight better and my muscles are not as sore where the pressure point would be without it. So buying that piece, you did well.

I do not know anything about the other pieces you bought.
