my nutrition will mostly consist of
special k cereal
yogurt
chicken
soy milk
tuna
supplements: Muscle Pharm Combat Powder chocolate milk
Controlled Labs Green Mag( taking every other day) currently on an off cycle
i try to drink about a gallon of water a day
my new workout schedule will be something like this
monday: upper body
tuesday: lowerbody
wednesday: rest
thursday: upperbody
friday: lowerbody
and abs monday wednesday and friday, about to go to gulf shores, so my diet might be off, but i will try to keep it clean.

alright so today has been a little off due to bein at the beach...but my diet was
today: biscuits and gravy
bacon
sausage
eggs
kellogs special k cereal(alot of this)
4 pieces of chicken( 3 baked and one fried
more biscuits and gravy
workout( had to workout at hotel gym)
3/5 80 pounds incline chest press
3/5 35lb dumbells flat dumbell bench
3/5 30lb dumbells military
3/10 lat pulldown 50lbs
2/10 and one by 12 leg press: 130lbs, 175lbs, 250lbs
tricep extensions: 35lbs 3/5
tricep pushdowns: 30lbs 3/8
this was a sloppy workout...due to being at the beach...ran alot today while skim boarding

dumbell bench press: 40lb dumbell 3x8: new pr
incline dumbell press: 25lb dumbells:3x10: extremely easy...gonna try 30s or 35s next time
cable crossover: 30lbs 1x10 50lbs 2x10
pec fly: 45lbs 1x8,1x10,1x12
seated chest press: 2x8 at 130lbs, 1x8 at 115lbs(dropset)
tricep pushdown:35lbs 1x12, 55lbs 1x8, 45lbs 1x8
close grip bench: bar 1x10, 65lbs 2x10(easy but was tired from all the work before
decline crunches(with ten pound weight):3x15
cable crunches: 45lbs 3x30
hanging leg raises: 3x10
side oblique pushdown with cable: 3x20(reps for each side total of 40 reps per set)
had first day of two a days today, and i must say it was difficult im a quarterback and cornerback, i lost 5 pounds of water weight the second practice...but gained it back at the gym...i think i pulled a muscle in my a$$, hurts haha...o well..gonna hit back and bis really hard tomorrow, my meals today have been
6 am: 3 choco chip muffins
10:45am: 2 pieces of pizza(huge pieces)
5:30pm: 2scoops of Muscle Pharm Combat Powder:50g of protein with soymilk...which is about 66g of protein altogether
6pm: fat free yogurt
idk what else ill have tonight...prolly canned chicken or this casserole with beans cornbread tomatoes onions and hamburger meat

i felt bad last night haha cuz i missed it...but i went on and im gonna make it up on saturday...but i went ahead and did my shoulders today...tomorrow we get to practice in pads in football!!! im excited!! anyways heres todays shoulder workout
Military: warmup:20'sx10
workout: military: 35sx3x8(new pr)
front raises:15sx3x8
side lateral raises:15sx3x10
overhead ez bar press: 50 pounds:3x8
also im doing abs on monday wednesday and friday..
ab workout:

decline crunches: 3x20 and 1x10 with ten pound weight
hanging leg raises: 3x10
felt good today. was really pumped coming out of football...had a full throttle and a water during workout...had a good day..vascularity was insane

Your pretty strong for a 125 pounder. Our lifts are very similar in weight, except your shoulders are stronger than mine and your deadlifts are a lot heavier too.Bench Press: 195x1

today was good...had football and we ran a ton..only lost a pound though now down to 120
got some mri black powder from a friend...taste awful but works...had a good abs day today..my old baseball coach wants me to workout with him so im doin it at ten in the morning
couldnt keep up with my workout today because my mom worked out with me...but i know i did 5 sets of decline crunches and 5 set of cable crunches and 2 sets of standing cable crunches

yesterday my old baseball coach wanted me to workout with him and some of my other friends...well he knew what he was talkin about...cuz my chest is killin me haha...so im goin to him on saturdays and sometimes mondays...but i think the workout went something like this
bench:65x15 warmup
85x25
95x15

100x8
105x8
110x6
130x3
then we did flyes and i did them with 15lb dumbells 4 sets of ten
i forgot how many pushups we did but it was a ton
we did a bicep circuit with hammer curls..bb curls..and ez bar preacher curls for 3 sets of ten on bb curls and ez bar preachers and 5 reps on each arm of the hammer curls
my chest is extremely sore today haha
i took black powder pre workout and muscle pharm combat post workout
nutrition:
breakfast: 2 whole eggs and 2 pieces of toast
post workout: 3 egg omelet w/ 1/2 cup cheese and one hot dog
one orange creme yogurt from yoplait
then for supper i had two bbq sandwiches and a glass of water
i thnk i drnk about a gallon of water yesterday
