This is killing me now. I've been working out for about a year now. Before i mean my body was in aweful condition. i was 33% body fat and weight 215 at the height of 5'7". Now im down to about 157 lbs at 5'7" over that span of time. I feel like im not making much progress right now. I think if i lose a good 10 lbs of fat then ill be able to see a six pack which has been my goal from the start. I can sometimes see my upper 2 abs a little bit but the majority of my fat is stayin on my lower abs / obliques and its startin to piss me off. If anyone could give me some major tips that would help it would be greatly appreciated. If someone would msg me on aim or msn also too that would be fine cuz then we can talk back and forth quicker. Im gettin impatient for stupid abs that i want so dearly! lol

Could be excess skin if you were previously quite big (overweight) like i was. I now have excess skin around my stomache and thighs which im not happy about. I've only just started weight lifting so i'm hoping the extra muscle helps to fill out the skin. Only time will tell, keep up the lifting and hopefully it'll appear
