ive been cutting the last 4 weeks and lost 8 lbs. i was wondering if anyone has had any success with palumbo's diet? i want to be down to 10-12 % bodyfat bu the end of oct and am at 20-22% now. can palumbo's diet do it?

Yes. However it is complete bro science. It's all about calories in vs calories out as long as you are not going crazy with dirty foods.
