I eat nothing but clean foods and try to keep my cravings to a minimum. I keep my protein intake at 250g+, my carbs around (150g) but sometimes cycled, and I try to take in between 60-70g of healthy fat's daily. I will be posting my diet daily for you guys to see and critique

What I plan to accomplish through this log
The fact of the matter is, my workouts have been suffering as of lately. My diet consists of a very low amount of calories and I take in very little carbs on daily basis. Although Intrabolic has helped tremedously in the endurance/energy department, my pumps and strength have been very weak as of lately. I've lost around 6-7 pounds over the past 6 weeks, but i've gained little to no lean mass. With SuperPump250, I am looking to amp up my workouts and gain the lean mass i've been striving for. By the end of this log I would like to be no more than 12% bodyfat and a mean machine
What will I keep track of?
1. My thoughts on the 2 new flavors (Grape Cooler and Raspberry Lemonade)
2. My appearance before and after training compared to "normal"
3. General disposition of my mood
4. Any enhanced mental accuity
5. Overall energy levels
6. Any enhanced training sessions in detail
I would like to thank Des and Gaspari for this great opportunity. I've only used SP250 once, which was about 2 years ago. I will do my best to keep a detailed log and I hope to give others an idea of how well SP250 really works
I will be switching off between each flavor and will take my first dose on Monday. I will also be posting pictures either today or tomoroww to have a comparision for the end of the log

Mmm...Superpump is always a great product. I have the Rasp. Lemonade, but i'm curious to see how the grape tastes-or what it tastes like. I'm not a big grape person because sometimes it seems like it's a hard flavor for companies to get right w/out tasting like cough syrup.
Woo hooo! This should be a great log!

Cardio
Today I decided to go with a HIT session post-workout. Since it's so nice outside I figured I would just do it in my neighborhood, rather than on a treadmill. I started out with a 5-6 minute jog and went straight into HIT. I jogged for 30 seconds, sprinted for 15, and walked the last 15 seconds. I did this for a total of 12 minutes today. It doesn't sound like alot but its close to 90 degree's outside and I was sweating like a mofo. My energy and endurance both felt great today and I still feel like I have some left in me to workout again
Diet:
Meal 1- 3 egg whites, 3 whole eggs, 1 cup oats with PB
Meal 2 (post-workout)- 2 scoops whey, 50g Waxy Maize
Meal 3-
Meal 4-
Meal 5-Meal 6
General Overview of Today:
Thoughts on the new flavor, "Raspberry Lemonade"
I have yet to hear any negative feedback on the taste of SP250. Practically every flavor seems to well liked by most people, which made me extremely excited to try the new Raspberry Lemonade. I thought to myself that this would either taste downright amazing or be a bust. Needless to say, I was VERY impressed. After opening the tub the Raspberry Lemonade scent hit me right away. No joke, it smells better than Crystal Light and every kind of Lemonade I have tried. The taste was damn near perfect. It's not too sweet or dull and is extremely refreshing. This is hands down THE best tasting pre-workout supplement I have ever tried, without a doubt
Appearance before and after training compared to "normal"
First off, I have tried nearly every pre-workout supplement on the market. Im a stim junkie and love looking like a monster when im pumped up during a workout. I had the absolute best pump I have had in years and it hasn't worn off yet. My vascularity was off the charts in my biceps and forearms and I definitely looked much bigger than normal. I just wish I could look like that all day
Mood during training
My favorite thing about pre-workout supplements is the "amped" up feeling you get before hitting the weights. The only problem is, most products don't succeed in keeping you "jacked up" for a long period of time. SP250 was definitely not one of these products. I had Disturbed's newest album on full blast throughout my workout and felt like a psycho while lifting. My intensity was at 110% throughout the entire workout and the amped up feeling didn't wear off until long after I left the gym
Mental focus
After getting 5 hours of sleep last night I would have thought my focus and alertness wouldn't be up to par. I usually stay focused through loud music and keeping my intensity high, but today felt different. I felt extremely "zoned in", so to speak. Nothing besides my next set was on my mind and I felt dialed in throughout the whole workout. This was definitely the biggest thing I noticed from SP250 today
Overall energy levels
Without a doubt, my energy today was off the charts. As mentioned earlier my intensity was extremely high and I never hit a wall during the workout. On the average day for me I usually lose energy mid-workout and start to fall off towards the end. Today I felt as if I was almost on speed. I never got tired and my energy was still very high during cardio. It's been a good 2 hours since I worked out and I still feel energized
Overall feelings
I am extremely impressed with SuperPump250 thus far. This is easily the best pre-workout supplement I have used in years. My energy, focus, and pumps were higher than they have ever been today and I felt great during my workout. My intensity was far beyond normal and I felt extremely zoned in today. I am beyond satisfied with the Raspberry Lemonade flavor and hope the effects stay as strong as they were today

General Overview of Today:
Thoughts on the new flavor, "Grape Cooler"
After seeing how good Raspberry Lemonade was, I was very excited to try this other new flavor. I've never been a huge fan of Grape flavors, such as Grape Storm, but im always up for something new. When I first opened the tub it smelt like a sweet Grape Cool Aid. I threw 1.5 scoops into my shaker and took my first sip. I was VERY pleased to say the least. The taste is dead on Cool Aid and it taste's rather sweet, unlike most Grape flavored drinks. It was extremely refreshing and I ended up drinking it too fast because the taste was so good Im going to have to say the "Grape Cooler" tops "Raspberry Lemonade", as hard as that is. I am more than satisfied with these 2 new flavors and am happy I found a good tasting pre-workout drink to use from here on out
Appearance before and after training compared to "normal"
Just like yesterday, I looked like a monster throughout my entire workout. My lats were pumped up to the max and my bi's felt alot more full than usual. A good buddy of mine came in the gym as I was leaving and asked what the hell im taking
Mood during training
Even before taking SP250 I was in anger mode. I got in an argument with my girlfriend this morning and couldn't wait to hit the weights. I felt like an absolute mad man in the gym today. My intensity was greater than it's ever been and I was throwing up weights like it was nothing. Anger + SP250 = Success
Mental focus
Just like yesterday, my focus was top notch throughout the whole workout. I wrote everything down in my log book before hitting the weights and was focused on what I had to accomplish today. None of my buddies were at the gym until I left, so I had absolutely zero distractions as well
Overall energy levels
I ended up getting around 8 hours of sleep last night, which is alot more than usual. I felt refreshed upon wakening and my energy has felt good all day. I threw in 2 Supersets during my workout and felt great while doing them. I never felt worn down and I kept a high level of energy throughout the workout
Overall feelings
My workout today was incredible to say the least. I had a TON of energy and felt great throughout the whole workout. My vascularity was alot higher than usual and my whole back felt pumped mid-way through my workout. I had a ton of agression in the gym today and was throwing around the weights like they were nothing. Definitely a great workout!

My fuel for agression today
