And your parents told you that for your 19th bday, you get to go on a Costco shopping spree for the ol bodybuilding diet.
What would you get?
I don't go to Costco at all, but I need to figure out a list for when I go today. I don't want to ruin this opportunity. Oh and nothing too over the top please.

bulk chicken breasts, cans of tuna, steaks (or at least ground beef) Whole wheat bread, whole grain pasta, oats, brown rice, almonds (if they sell them) Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, seasonings (if they don't have them at home) like garlic powder, oregano, basil, red pepper, mrs. dash, bags of salmon, fish fillet's frozen or fresh, peanut butter, cereal (watch the sugar).

Check their supplement aisle. Sometimes they carry big bags of EAS whey on sale. Grab some fish oil and multi V's too. Then load up on stuff you can freeze like steak, ground beef, chicken, and fish. Load up on dry oats, canned tuna and PB to boot.
Those should be the most expensive things in your bill. Stuff like fruit and veggies should be bought as needed. The rest can be stockpiled.
