I have a client that started with me 3 months ago. For the first month he lost a tremendous amount of weight. I believe it was at a rate of about 3-4lbs a week. I believe he was watching the Biggest Loser and wanted to see a rapid weight loss like them. I suppose it was my fault for not drilling it into his head enough to slow down the weight loss.
But now he has loose skin. What should I do?
We've been on a weight loss program. Eating salads, whole grain foods, lean meats, etc. And being in a calorie deficit. But I'm thinking we should change it up and up his calories to about maintenance level and start focusing on high protein to start building muscle.
