I got a few samples of the pink lemonade C4 at the Arnold. Best preworkout I have had, both pump and taste wise.

Definitely need to try this Strawberry Margarita.

Cellucor just keeps pumping out good stuff!

Very impressive progress on the update pics.

That session looked brutal! Paused squats and SSB squats, sounds like a good time haha.

Also, wanted to let you know that I recently got Cellucor's COR protein, peanut butter marshmallow and cinnamon swirl, and I absolutely love them. Great flavor, profile, and a very clean blend.

Hey, i dont work within HQ, or do anything regarding shipping, or picking up with retailers. A rep does not get that detailed in the company they simply just answer basic questions on the forums, and if people have questions on dosing or products we simply answer it.

You should see my PM Box, because i am a rep people think free samples go out every single day, and i get PM's with people that say nothing but leave an address and write as the subject "Send me samples"

Lol.. considering cellucor does not offer samples, i find it pretty funny sorry for the mini-rant,

But we are working on formulating some of our capped products into powders so they can be sent overseas to places like Australia. Should be coming your way soon man.. I just dont know because i dont work at HQ or have any information regarding that...

Good attitude to have. This sport leaves little room for complacency.

Extremely significant changes everywhere man, you've brought up your legs so much that they're a strong point. Hamstrings really starting to pop from the side. The side chest in general is a very good pose for you. More back and you'd be very complete.

Btw did your calves actually get bigger or is just because you're leaner? I've always had big calves and I notice that I naturally tend to forefoot strike when I walk/run/go up stairs etc. and essentially your five-finger shoes are forcing you to also do that - would you attribute the gains to be correlated to switching shoes?
