Props to CL for continually coming out with solid products/updating formulas/coming out with new flavors.....Most companies wouldn't keep so "up to date." Ya'll are seemingly always updating your line in some way.

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !):
I have been lifting for the past three years for competitive football. In that time span my I have made some pretty considerable gains. Currently I am benching 310 raw, I squated 420 today easily with just a belt, and I have a hang clean of 215 (real ****ty I know but I just started hang cleaning instead of power cleaning so its somewhat new). The point is not that I think im strong (I know im not) but that I am dedicated. I am not someone who just wants some free ****. I know supplements are a two way street and I am going to be putting the hard work in so that i can actually benefit from supplementing. My upcoming lifting schedule is going to get pretty insane. I was chose for my collegiate football team (D3 no big deal) for our teams advanced lifting group. Basically all the kids who have good form/somewhat strong are going to be lifting Heavy w/bands etc 4 days a week at 6:30 in the AM. On top of which I am going to have spring ball 5 days a week for 2 hours a day. I feel like this is the ultimate test for your product. Can you product boost my energy for early morning lifting? Will it help reduce DOMs and keep me from not being able to get through practice. This will also give your product the ability to work. I am going to be pushing my body I am not a guy thats going to go the gym bench run on a treadmill and call it a day. Furthermore, I think my supplement intake mimics that of alot of guys out there so the information I could provide would be helpful to numerous people. Almost every guy out there takes protein and creatine now I can help them see the benefits of going up to the next level.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Monday-Arms/legs (Bench, Squat)
Wednesday-Core (hang cleans, good mornings)
Friday-Legs, Arms (Squat Bench)
I know you said you wanted in depth, but this training cycle has just ended the four day a week cycle is starting in soon so I am not sure how our strength coach has structured it. As soon as I start I would gladly input the whole schedule.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Tuesday-Plyometrics (ladders, jumprope, boxes) Also lots of sprint work/lateral agility drills
Current supplements (exact brand/product name):
At Large Nutrition Opticen PWO
Creapure Creatine 5G Day
At Large Nitrean 50 G daily
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):I have never taken the time to measure my input. I eat alot and I have a decent BF so it has never been a major concern for me. Basically I eat however much steak chicken or seafood I can get my hands on. I could do it no problem for the sake of the study.
Current Daily water intake:1 Gallon
Short Term Goal:Make considerable strength gains during a rigorous spring practice training schedule
Long Term Goal:less than 10%BF Squat 600+ Bench 425+, be able to dunk b-ball, run 4.699999

Age: 25
Sex: Male
Height: 183 cm
Weight: 86kg
Bodytype: Meso
Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !):
I am currently cutting, trying to get down to about 80kg before I start a slow bulk. I started at 91.5kg and currenly 86 so I am about half way through the cut. I train hard and intense every time I am in the gym and believe that I will be able to give an accurate representation of how well this product works. I actually have bought PW for the first time (still waiting on arrival) that I was going to start as soon as I got it. I'd love a chance to try the new flavour first and then move on to the original after.
Note - I am from Australia, and I understand shipping costs are far more expensive here than the US, and am willing to chip in towards the costs.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
I currently lift 3 days a week on M/W/F. I alternate between upper/lower sessions. I try to work out as intense as possible. Generally on the upper/lower that gets two sessions in a week I will swap out a few of the non core exercises and add in some different ones just to change it up.
Upper consists of
Barbell bench - 1x warmup 3x worksets
21's - 3 worksets
Incline bench - 1x warmup 3x worksets
Dips - 3 worksets body weight
Bent over row - 3 x workset
Military press - 3x workset
T-Bar row - 3x workset
Lower consists of
SLDL - 1x warmup 3x workset
Squats - 1x warmup 3x workset
Leg press - 1x warmup 3x workset
Calf Raise (smith) - 3x workset high reps
Shrugs - 3x workset
Like previously mentioned I will swap out, 21's/incline bench/bent over row/military press for things like preacher/db decline/1 arm db row/arnold press on upper day and on leg day swap out leg press for lunges, on the weeks that the body part gets hit twice.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
I currently do 3 HIIT sessions per week. This consists of 10x 3 minute sets of brisk walk @ 7km/hr for 1minute 50seconds and 15km/hr for 1min 10 seconds. This ends up being about 5km over 30 minutes. I occasionally add in an early morning low intensity walk around my neighbourhood which is very hilly once every couple weeks.
Current supplements (exact brand/product name):
ON Whey - Choc
Swisse Multivitamin
Wagner's Glucosamine
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
I don't generally count calories, but from previous counting I know my diet is quite close to the normal 40/40/20. Obviously it may be a little off but I am getting good results so I figure its close enough. A sample of my daily diet is as follows
Meal 1 - 70g oats w/ multigrain + 250ml skim milk
Meal 2 - 100g tuna + 16 almonds + chick peas + 1/2 cucumber + 1 carrot + spinach leaves + 1/2 red capsicum
Meal 3 - Wholegrain sandwhich + 1 slice 50% reduced fat cheese + 100g chicken/lean meat
Meal 4 - 30g ON Whey + 250m skim milk
Meal 5 - 30g ON Whey + 400ml water + 35g maltodextrin
Meal 6 - 100g lean meat + veggies / salad
I'll occasionally chuck in a tea spoon or 2 of Natty PB.
Current Daily water intake:
4 - 5 L
Short Term Goal:
Short term, my goal is to cut to 80kg which I believe should put me around the 12%ish range. I am hoping to get this done in ~8 weeks so I figure that this will fit in perfectly with this log.
Long Term Goal:
Over the next couple years, I'd eventually like to get to the 90-95kg range which being ~11%. Obviously this probably doesn't sound like a massive achievement for most of the people on this board, but I was always someone who was overweight when young and finally turning it around.
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs
Nil
Supplement history (as much detail as possible):
Other than Whey, the only other supplements that I've really used are Stims/Thermos. Most recently, I've just completed a log for DS Adrenalean (review/photos to come today or tomorrow). Prior to that I liked/used AMP/Blaze Xtreme.
Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links):
