The Rippetoe FAQ - now in PDF form!

Well, kethnaab did an outstanding job on this FAQ. I read it a ton of times - however, sometimes searching for stuff or just navigating through it can be inconvenient. I want something I could take around and read whenever I wanted in a more compact form. So I copied it, did some editing, and voila - a PDF version!

Note that all the changes I made were cosmetic (for readability in a PDF file). All the original content is there, word for word. The only problem is that some links that were combined with text weren't copied, but meh. Otherwise, enjoy! I hope someone finds it useful

Thanks. I was going to PM RipStone about adding this information to the sticky but I see that's not necessary.

A FAQ in PDF format is often requested.

Now, when you get a little more free time on your hands, please put the workout into Excel.

    Cool except for this:

This is the format that I have used and recommended for the majority of peeps new to
weight training. I suppose we can refer to it as "Kethnaab's novice program adjustment"
You advise pendlay rows instead of power cleans. I totally disagree with this and don't feel you should put that in a FAQ about SS because nowhere in SS does it say you can replace power cleans with rows.

    Edit: Figured I'd include this
