    Deloading only Heavy days every 4 weeks (like 5/3/1) but still going hard on the hyper days seemed to help me out
    then i just did a full deload week when I felt the need which was usually every 12 weeks or so

    Another good workout in the books. I'm happy with my pressing today. I am definitely the strongest I have been at my current bodyweight using a full range of motion. One of my clients was drinking out of my water today (on accident), so I didn't have much water at work. I would have just kept drinking out of it, but it was right after she informed me that she was sick with the stomach flu all weekend lol. So I definitely haven't had as much fluid as I normally do today. On another note, high rep shrugs KILL!!
