I felt great today. Strongest I have felt on squats in a while. Even with the short rests, I felt solid. I had a couple in the tizank on em too . Another good workout in the books. I'm happy with my pressing today. I am definitely the strongest I have been at my current bodyweight using a full range of motion. One of my clients was drinking out of my water today (on accident), so I didn't have much water at work. I would have just kept drinking out of it, but it was right after she informed me that she was sick with the stomach flu all weekend lol. So I definitely haven't had as much fluid as I normally do today. On another note, high rep shrugs KILL!!

They're actually quite good. Pretty macro friendly too. 4g. fat per tart versus the usual 5 lol.

ALso gross on the co worker drinking your water. Lately I have developed a phobia of people/kids putting their hands around my face or saliva on me. I dont know if my mind is in prep mode and I do not want sick. SO I would probably imagine drinking after them, i'd prob have roid rageTeam Norton
