**** not havin transportation to a gym . . . . Right now all i can do body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, crunches.
Im aware free weights are ideal tho, im tryin to get da dere transportation
Any brahs got a good workout advice/plans for skinny ******* with pac man genes? (check my stats)

You could do a number of different things depending on your goals.
Simple advice. Eat at least one gram of protein per day per pound of bodyweight. Load up on carbs pre-workout. Increase your caloric intake, alot. Depending on your size and metabolism this may vary. Lift heavy, but don't overtrain. When I say lift heavy, you're lifting for strength...which means size will naturally accompany it so long as you're taking in enough calories to support it. Lift heavy = No more than 8 reps per set, which should promote strength and size gains. Number of working sets will vary depending on your body. 8 reps per set, and you should want to die at the end of each one. Rest. Take longer breaks between sets, to provide adequate recovery...90-180 seconds depending on the weight and intensity you're going for should be good. Don't overtrain. Allow your body enough rest to not feel stiff and sore before you work out the same muscle group again. Listen to your body. Get enough sleep. Don't neglect compound lifts like squats and deadlifts. Focus on compounds more than isolation lifts for overall growth. Squats and DL's are king. Take a multivitamin. Lol.

Yeah surprised he can eat that much especially when we went to that cafe he cleaned the chicken to the bone literally. Speaking of Pat was working in with a BBC owner I'm sure pat wished he was there for his pre-workout.
