I keep mine locked and do single leg calf raises with a dumbbell.
i am not going to compete and seated calf raises have been good to me over the yrs. limiting yourself to one movement is a dumb.
Yes. Some people I know don't do sh*t for their rear delts but they still look good.

Yes.
Aside from the obvious aesthetic benefit for many, I firmly believe rear delt work is important for injury prevention.

I work out at the Y, so I'm going to go ahead and say bicep curls. Half the time ppl are doing damn near a full body exercise, throwing their legs and shoulders into it trying to get the 25 lb dbs up for that mad pump.
