He's even admitted as such because he's trying to "save the forums." Really, it's just trying to save his side gig for free supps. Sad.
Because that's proof of anything. LOL. Might as well just link another Poliquin video and/or a ridiculous info-graphic you've made in MS Paint."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."

No thanks Jeff! Because that's not proof of a damned thing...have fun with your sock accounts. We'll continue to laugh to you and feel sad for you.
Why do you keep editing? Your sock accounts do the same things....still more oddness, right?
You've admitted that you use sock accounts, how do you end something you've admitted to doing? Sadder and sadder.Last edited by lucia316; 02-22-2021 at 09:15 AM.

So if we're going to take Poliquin's advice on supps….
He recommended supplementing glutamine at .33g/kg. Are all your accounts taking 30+grams of glutamine post workout? Don't forget his BCAA recommendation wasn't anything close to the 4-8grams typically found in supps, no no no you need much more, he recommended 40grams per workout for a 200lb man. He recommended ZMA which has been studied and found useless plenty of times. He believed in creatine loading and maintenance doses up to 10g/day.
Diet wise he also recommended things like eating carbs based on your ethnic/regional background.

You can idolize him all you want, he produced some great athletes no doubt, but his supplement and nutrition information was outdated and unsupported.Bench: 365
Squat: 495
Deadlift: 535

Poliquin was (and even dead still is) ahead of his time.
Without wasting my time or yours your best bet is to watch his interview on London real specifically addressing why he uses his methodology.
Because no names like you and I are a fart in the wind on some random Internet forum has no bearing on his achievements.
If you can find anyone who is more accomplished that has in fact debunked him I’ll be ready to listen.

LOL. Comes back a week later. Says the same stuff the Fug says. Lacks the comprehension of science. Uses studies out of context that are even contradictory to make points and fails. Doesn't understand that N=1 doesn't mean anything. Wonders why we all know he's a sock account.
If you didn't say stupid stuff maybe you wouldn't get negged. You know what else isn't allowed? Sock accounts and pimping products/brands without being a formal rep."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."
