Had the Mint Chocolate Chip over the weekend two different ways:
8oz 2% milk + 4oz water with 2 scoops
8oz 2% milk with 1 scoop
The flavor is incredible. It's literally the taste of melted mint chocolate chip ice cream and very creamy. Not thick at all, not thin at all - just the right consistency. A couple people are slamming it saying it's "nothing special", but I'm not sure what else they expect as it's still just whey. Is there supposed to be ice cream cones in the tub too? lol
I'd say it's a 70/30 or 80/20 mint:chocolate ratio. Lots of little chips give off a good chocolate flavor.
The only reason I wouldn't buy again immediately is the terrible macros. If I had some spare cash and wanted a "desert" whey, I would easily buy again once this tub is gone.

Slightly under a month left on my cut for my 1yr Anniversary / belated Honeymoon with my wife. We're going to Maui and I'm dreaming of all the food I will eat. Anyone that has been to Maui have any suggestions? So far we have dinner booked at Mama's and I plan on getting poke at South Maui Fish Co.

I agree with the good and bad of the product and macros. Sometimes I don't understand people's thinking when they say with those macros might as well just eat ice cream... You do realize that eating actual ice cream will only get you like 3 to 5 grams of protein, a ton more fat, more calories and not as "healthy". I can make a nice thick shake with it, ice and a cup of Fairlike milk that gives me a 300 to 350 calorie shake with 35 grams of protein. Ice cream can't come close to that. I love ice cream more than most and eat my share but don't even bring that statement. If the taste is amazing then why the complaints? I get it that macros are not as great as a isolate but that's not this product is. Don't like then don't complain and buy what you do like.

Road to hana is nice, but the drive can be brutal and takes majority of the day. 808 Grindz is a great breakfast spot, the line can be long as there is limited seating. Foodland is a grocery market there that has a great variety of poke for a great price. Star Noodle is another popular spot to eat at, you may have to get reservations depending on time and day. Where are you guys staying at?

We're staying at the Andaz. We're thinking AirBnB for future vacations after we know our way around a little better. We will be there a week, so should have a decent feel by then.
I've heard Road to Hana is nice and everyone says the same about the drive haha. That drive cuts directly into my drinking on the beach time. I love Hawaiian food in general and poke. We're lucky to have some incredible poke places near us here, so I cant wait to try it in Hawaii. I'm aiming to eat nothing but seafood for the whole week.

I don't think I've ever eaten a black/white cookie either. I've seen them plenty and remember that Seinfeld episode but just never have grabbed one... I know what I'm doing next time I see it in the store.

You're going to have an excellent time Nate I'm sure.
I personally have never been there but I can only imagine how nice it must be this time of year. Warm, but not incredibly hot. And being able to eat anything and everything you want, and being young and have the s@x game still on point ... man that is going to be an amazing vacation. I would give anything to be your age again, lol!

My sax game being on point is why my sex game is on point. Slick Willy inspired my generation.
Yeah I'm excited. This is our first vacation together ever, honeymoon and 1yr anniversary so it's a long time coming it. Fortunately, I was promoted and we did really well as a company last year so we went all out and we plan on enjoying it.
Haha to be my age... when I grow up I want to look like Spaz!

Week is off to a great start with my credit card getting compromised again.... ah well, more of an annoyance than anything having to wait for a new card to be sent.

Same, it's how I know every time, any purchase is sent to me; mostly just use it for groceries and online purchases since it has great fraud protection.
Just gets old having to put new card info into Amazon and all the other sites I use auto pay on, thankfully Google Chrome does most of the work for me.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

i would start as early as you can for the road to hana... i honestly would NOT want to drive back to the hotel after the sun sets because those curves... man they're scary lol one small error and you're falling off the cliff... i mean it's a bit of an exaggeration but there are no lights other than your car lights and the bends you sometimes can't see until you're more halfway through it...
we purchased the CD to play in the car as we passed many points of interest.
make sure you at least have the "loco moco"... it's nothing really special when it comes to what it is since you could technically make it at home... but it's 2 hamburger patties, rice, fried egg(s) and macaroni slaw
and thats supposedly breakfast lol
i would also take any excursions that lets you go out to sea... when we went, we saw a lot of dolphins and even saw a whale do it's "free willy" thing100% 中國人

Something is wrong should automatically be triggered with $1,000 at Kohl's...
Looked at the menu and a lot of that food sounds amazing. Will have to make one soon then. I was surprised when booking Mama's a month out that availability was already limited.
Loco Moco is one of my favorites. Fortunately in Seattle, we have a lot of Hawaiian influence (actually got lunch at a Hawaiian food truck today). I want to go out to sea for sure. I grew up on the coast and can only live on a coast because I love the ocean. I want to do some snorkeling and what not. That will likely be without my wife since she HATES living fish. Let alone fish in the wild.

Check the weather for the day you do the Road to Hana. We went without checking and we got hit by the worst rain storm they've ever had. Driving home from Hana at 9pm, no road lights, no guard rail, narrow road, can't see 10 feet infront of you, and so much water on the road. We did 15-20 the entire way home.
