Yes, I've had it for quite a while now and it's very sturdy. It's basically overkill and not what you'd expect (this is good) in a discount company's bench. I'd buy it again for sure.
My only somewhat criticism is that the pad could benefit by being a tad more firm.
Full disclosure: I like Titan fitness products. I have two of their T3 racks, flat bench, barbell gun rack, belt hanger rack, and I'm going to be ordering more of their products.

I am really wanting a T-3 rack. I made the fatal error of starting off with a cheap Gold's Gym squat rack/FID bench combo from Wally World for like $170 and am already getting annoyed with it. It works for now, but want a T-3 more and more. I already have some of Titan's kettlebells, plyobox and wrist roller with load pin. Thinking the flat bench will be my next purchase.

Rogue is most certainly not the only brand out there. Look to brands like Black Widow, Edge Fitness for more economical, similar racks. Just not Titan for the things that really need to be dependable, like a rack. I own one of their sleds and a couple of accessories...and the quality is just awful. Seriously. Poor welds, dents in metal, uneven paint. Poor welds and racks are the worst combination imaginable.

My biggest thing in if/when I get a rack is budget. I need something at the $400 to my steps price point that offers good value, has expandability, and an assortment of attachments if need be. That's my requirements. Titan fits my list.
On a personal goal note I have no interest in trying to bench press a car or win a contest in a thong while covered in baby oil. I just want to be able to workout at home and keep myself in decent shape. That's it for me.

Me? No. *eye roll* I don't own a single Rogue product.
But there are other manufacturers besides Rogue and Titan.
There are racks that cost not much more than Titan that have a long history of quality and long term dependability. The Titan racks I have seen, they are not worth $400, they should be in the $300 range.
Your argument that you don't need fancy welds and shiny powdercoat is fine but I find it funny that you say that but then place a higher value on bells and whistles (expandability and attachments) over quality.Boomer Rep Crew #1

Why so angry? And yes...you should absolutely care about welds lol
I also don't understand why it's Rogue vs. Titan when there are other companies like Rep Fitness putting out racks for as low as $259. Just because Titan rips off Rogue's designs means these are the only two rack makers out there?Garage Gym Owner

I'm just imagining now the rack splitting in two. Lol
I'm rather impressed the x2 uses 9 gauge. I don't like inside depth is only 24". Why I like the classic Westside 2x2 as it's 36" and Rogues R3BT with 30". 30" is as narrow as I'd want and 36" is as wide as I'd want. I don't like all these 3x3 posts and 40+" of depth. Crazy huge rigs and constantly having uprights in the way and clanging plates against them.My Training Journal: http://tinyurl.com/jasons-journal
