I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to log Axis Labs Muscle Delight thanks to Bigdumogre. Super appreciate it! The profile and Mix Ability is on point. Unfortunately I am recovering from a sore throat so I cant completely review the flavor yet but for what I can taste this stuff is pretty good.
My first workout I have done with using it as a post-workout shake was a quick Chest and Back session. I had to end it early due to feeling a little bit light headed, lifting after you've barely recovered from a cold is seriously taxing. I put up these numbers with my current weight at 164 lbs.
Flat bench db press 30x15 75x10 85x10 95x8 100x6 superset with pull-ups 5 sets of 10
Machine fly 205x10 220x10 235x10 250x10 superset with wide grip lat pulldowns 85x12 100x12 115x12 130x10

Today I lifted Legs for a quick 40 minute workout in between clients. I am happy with the numbers but next time I do legs they will hopefully be a little higher due to more rest in between sets.
Stationary bike 5 minute warmup at gear 6 for 2 miles
Squats 45x12 135x8 185x5 225x5 245x5 265x5
Leg extensions 70x12 85x12 100x12 115x12

Had a scoop of Muscle Delight post-workout to get me my protein needs and to get me through my last 2 clients sessions before I could go home to cook. I like to switch it up each arm workout or do both spider and regular preachers, just depends on how I feel that day lol.

Yeah, I did 37 during the Arnold at one of the Army booths but the dick counting them said I only did 29 because my arms weren't completely locked out for each one... I literally had them as close to locked as possible without completely locking them and was also sleep deprived lol. Was about to cuss him out but didn't want to get kicked out after getting there because I didn't get the shirt I wanted.
