This pops up every once in awhile, think there's a reference to it on the buffalo review thread, I think MGM is correct crepinsec. The stub handles are the cue, supposed to be very good, everyone raves about it

I have no idea about the cable attachments, or the bar, but they peaked my interest and haven't seen them before.
Not York, that's what I was hoping at first, but they're Marcy. Either way they're going to look nice holding my hundos on the reverse hyper. I got four pairs and they're all different:
unbranded
BFCO
Weider
Marcy - These are the shipwheels
If it is, it would make me pretty happy, more pictures below.
No, there's no dumbbell handles.

Looks like an older Crepinsek SSB but I'm not an expert on all SSB. You could always email Ralph - he'll tell you. I have the stubs/handles so slightly newer version.
QUESTION - is that the Edge slim combo bar in the background of the top picture? If so, how do you like it?▪█─────█▪ Rogue Barbell Crew #27 ▪█─────█▪

Haven't been able to "rep" many of you for a year or more...not for lack of trying.

Very nice pick up.
I'm not well read on SSBs, either. I haven't considered buying one for a solid 8 or 9 years. It looks like a quality bar, though.Crews: Ivanko Barbell Crew #52, York Barbell Club #95, Equipment Crew #59

i feel like i should embellish on this a bit. The original plan for my garage gym was going to be as minimalist as possible, using a rogue yoke as a half rack and plate storage, and only a couple bars in a space of two stall mats. I got the combo bar because it looked like most football bars and swiss bars were ~$200, and this was both that I got on sale, no shipping or tax. I felt that I could mimic log pressing and do some tricep/curl work.
Even at the widest handles, it is shorter than the spacing on a log. Now that my space has grown to 8'x18', a six post rack, ~10 bars, and a slater true log it seems like I probably won't use it that much. The money would probably have been better spent towards other equipment.
But overall it's fun having a bar that most people don't.

Just placed an order through edge fitness for one of their reverse hypers. Should have it in about two weeks. In looking forward to training with it and hopefully helping some of my low back issues. Will post plenty of pics once it arrives!

Picked this up last week, but finally got it down to the gym. Magnum Biangular Transformer. I'm not really a fixed movement machine guy, but the lat pull feature does feel surprisingly nice. Special thanks to a7stringkilla for the review and videos on this thing, or I probably never would have picked it up. It would be cool to find the dust cover panels that cover up the innards, but I'm guessing they'd cost more than I paid for the machine by a long shot.
Space is getting pretty tight in the part of the basement I have set aside for the gym, and I don't really want to expand out any farther. I'm pondering just keeping my beater blue GHD and selling the larger footprint Titan (not pictured, currently crammed into the room to the right of the Airdyne).
Unapologetic potato pictures:

Its in our master bedroom now so the wife can use it while the babies are napping in our room. Its going to be a tight fit and I may have to sacrifice using the low row portion of my lat pull down to fit the reverse hyper but if it helps my back I'm fine with that or I have to talk the wife into letting me put my 45 degree hyper somewhere else in the house.

You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

60+ mile run this morning to get this split sleeve bar (York I think), Ivanko compression collars and a pair of these deep dish. Should have bought a second pair of the plates. Before and after pic after a quick clean with WD 40.
I quote with pics. ()---() York Barbell Club #78 (DD) ()---()
