man these playoffs have been so boring need Curry to come back and provide some excitement to this yawnfest of a postseason. also anybody else been watching this clippers blazers series in anticipation of the series against them? man those hard clippers traps on pnrs have just destroyed the blazers offense. dame has been taken out of the equation and the blazers role players just miss every open 3. reminds me of the first 3 games of the finals last year. I hope Kerr doesn't run Curry relentlessly into traps. The Warriors are at their best when Curry is aggressive running him into traps reduces Curry's and by extension the Warriors impact. I still don't trust the Warriors role players to hit open 3's on a consistent basis. none of these dudes are knockdown shooters.

Curry getting hurt has been a huge buzzkill. We should've swept the Rockets and the fact its going to 5 games is just annoying, one cause its 1 extra game, 2 cause its against Harden and his bitch ass flop ball. Expecting a blowout tomorrow.
Clips Blazers series I see going at least 6 if not 7. Blazers are basically a 2 man team anyway and struggling with Blake and DJ. Lillard and Mcollum will play way better at home and Clips gonna clips. We'll see what happens with that series.
Looking forward to our series ending, sucks cause after tomorrow game 5 isn't til Wednesday. Good they get rest but hate waiting long for games.San Francisco 49ers

There is nothing weird about it, he was being cautious about coming back and obviously still feels discomfort, but not pain. He was just trying to clarify his wording in that interview imo.
You will be able to tell very quick how he feels based on his play today, odds are he wouldn't be playing unless he and the team felt 100% confident its not at risk.San Francisco 49ers

Fuking sucks Curry gets another non contact injury. Win game 5, hope Blazers/Clips goes 6-7 (which I think it will) and hope Steph's knee isn't too bad, and heals up fast.
Wish the team would've played inspired in the first half like they did in the second. Shouldn't take a Curry injury to get focus, effort, and intensity like that. It's the playoffs, they've been waiting all year for this, time to go all out. Although in the first half the refs were all over and there was no rhythm to the game whatsoever.
That said, this team needs that effort so they can play D, rebound and get out in transition, that is really where this team thrives. All last game and first half today was half court, slow pace. Gotta play D and rebound and get the offense flowing.
Hoping for good news about Steph's knee, this really sucks that he's already got 2 different flukey injuries in 4 games.San Francisco 49ers

Can't believe how unlucky Curry's been in this playoff series. I watched the injury a few times and it didn't look horrible. The knee didn't really bend too much at all. It looks like the impact on the hardwood is what did the most damage. I'm surprised that he tried to come back in at the half. Good thing the staff shut him down. Sportscenter just made the saddest vid of all time.

Not a Warriors fan but I do enjoy watching Curry play and as a Christian like Curry I'm obviously a fan. Unless he is playing against the Spurs I usually root for him.
I just hope the Warriors are cautious with his injury and don't let this turn into a Mike Shanahan-RG3 situation.
If he can play he can, if he can't, then let don't let him risk further injury and possibly ruin his career. Tough situation guys.. Once again good luck the rest of the way.Proud Christian

sigh...
only positive note is that at least it's not an ACL injury. Even if he is able to come back in a few weeks time, still think they should shut him down for the season. He didn't look great on the court today anyways so he still has the ankle/foot problems as well. Rehab over the summer, work on strengthening the area around his knee, and hoping he finds another bionic ankle brace. UA also has heavy investment in him, should be extra mindful of the design/customization of his next shoe.
edit: damn, so DMO falling was the reason for that spot being slippery.

So **** got real interesting last night.
Even without CP3 and possibly Griffin I'm hoping that series goes 7. If it doesn't our next series starts two days earlier, unless our series goes to 7. Which it won't cause we're ending it wednesday. We need to hope whoever wins that it goes 7.
After that, now I'd be much happier to face LA because they are without they're best player like us. The Blazers situation hasn't changed and I would be comfortable playing them as well even without currySan Francisco 49ers

Yea sht just got real. I went from super stoked because Steph was back to mentally preparing to being out in the 2nd round to suddenly having hope again all in like 24 hours.
Still want it to go 7, I feel like if Griffin is hurt then the Clippers are a more favorable match up but I just can't root for the fcking Clippers.
Grats to Kerr on CoY, totally deserved. Lol @ people acting like he was in a coma while Walton was sitting on the sideline. He implemented a system, a culture, set up all the protocols, created all the lineups/rotations, hired the entire staff, ran practices, scouted teams, and was at games. Luke did a good job but jesus you'd think Kerr was dead for half the year and Walton built the team from nothing from the way people talk about him.
Slowly pulling back from posting outside official threads, this place has gotten too toxic.

Agree on all this. I'm struggling trying to figure out who we match up better with now. I definitely feel more comfortable against Clips with their injuries but personally think Blazers are the more inferior/inexperienced team. I pretty much see them as even now so at this point as long as it goes 7 games I'm good.

I been MIA cause I'm just flat out apathetic if curry's out, but now Im back to being optimistic
Blazers with no curry is doable but likely 6-7 games with home team winning every game. Would be close
Gotta beat Houston in game 5 also so we dont risk a game 7. Houston sucks but if it comes to 1 game you never know***Successfully Masturbates Under the Cape While Getting a Haircut Crew***

Looks like Steph is already feeling a lot better. Definitely seems like the Grade 1 Sprain was more on the mild side. Dub's defense has been very good since Steph went down. It looks like we're probably going to face Portland. I'm pretty confident Dubs can handle the blazers the first few games without Steph. Dubs shouldn't have a tough time scoring against their defense.

Ya unless the Clips pull something crazy out it looks like Blazers next round. Bad news is if it ends in 6 we start two days earlier than we would have if it goes 7. Either way I'm feeling pretty confident.
Say what you want about the Rockets but this team has stepped up. They locked in their focus and intensity and it doesnt look like their just playing a practice game like it does sometimes with Steph out there. They know with Steph they have a "security blanket" and also sometimes they get out of hand focus wise and turn it over a bunch. They also sometimes just let Steph be Steph. Without him they are playing as a team as much as ever and the ball movement was great. They played good defense as well and were pretty good rebounding, would like to focus on not giving up offensive rebounds but I am sure they will be alright.
I think we will fare well playing either team and can handle the Blazers even if we lose a game or two. To be honest I think now that the team knows Steph is out they will keep playing this well and could possibly sweep or win in 5. Gotta protect home court. Love Oracle cause it seems like they are bringing the extra intensity too knowing Steph is out and really getting into the game last night.San Francisco 49ers

From the sounds of it the staff was being over-cautious on the 2 week timeline, which is fine. Under promise/Over Deliver kinda thing. He seems like he's fine even right now, should be completely good to go by game 3-4. Really hoping the Clips can pull one out on Friday.
Blazers was unexpected for sure, think we match up well with them without Steph though.
