Caught up on this weeks shows that I put off.

Yahari episode 8

I thought this was a great episode. Sensei moving up on my list after that talk she had with 8man. And LOL @ 8man pulling out that smooth line and making sensei blush. Then the whole thing with his request to yui and yukino was pretty solid as well. I feel like things might start going back to the way they were before, or even better than before now that the 3 aren't being all fake around each other.
8man took such a big leap from where he started in season 1. That confession he had in the club room felt more 'real' than most other shows.

Hestia bestia episode 8

Bell pulling out some bad ass lines and then actually backing it up in front of the woman of his dreams and her crew. I wonder if he's going to just get stupidly strong from now onwards like a typical shounen, or if they'll mix it up a bit

Episode was meh. Seems like it set up the stage for next week more than anything. Lold at that italian kid embarrassing himself in front of everyone by asking that master chef to judge his cooking. And what's up with that number 7 guy just chilling naked in an apron? That's not sanitary for the kitchen, brahs.

Hestia remains a Bestia, **** MC slowly turning into something a bit better, Aiz continues plain as ****. Meh characters but I like the animation, art and story.


Arslan Senki used to get more more hyped for the first few episodes just not feeling it atm although I still enjoyed the episode but felt like it was far too much of an asspull.


Owari no Seraph probably my favorite or second favorite anime of the season, MC is alright but Shinoa.... HNNNNNNNNG

Now completed all the episodes of Zankyou No Terror /SPOILERS START HERE/ and I have to say wtf. It was building up fairly well but ending ( last 2 or so episodes were just complete chit. And the ending it self was just odd and made no sense. Overall pretty good show but the ending really blow it up for me at least. I'll rate it 6/10.

I've been 'lifting' for 3 years, but only about a year with proper nutrition knowledge. Have been out of the gym for 3 weeks though because I had problems with membership, feels good to be back but my physique has some what deteriorated, i've put on excess fat, I can see a belly forming and muscle definition decreasing, which could be a sign of a succesful bulk however. I would always take it real slow after an injury, lifting light is fine but its frustrating as fuark seeing your friends lifts shoot up when you're lagging

I can do 132lb but only 5-6 reps, whereas I can do 121 with better form 10-12 reps. Haven't tried a 1RM because I don't have a spotter and i'm scared lmao

I'm 185 at 9% right now. I've been lifting 8-9 years and if you asked me 5 years ago this would have been my dream physique. After accomplishing this physique my goals just shifted accordingly. I don't think I've ever met a serious fitness model/bodybuilder who was "happy" with their physique.
