Wut? this is tomorrow? Thought it was still months away for some reason.

I will find it hard not to go to Verizon and just pay out of pocket for it, usually I wait a few months to find a very lightly used one on Ebay.

I guess I should say they are showing the public the phone the first time and releasing the specs tomorrow. It won't be available to buy for at least a few more weeks. My upgrade has been up for a few weeks and i've been eyeballing the note 3 for a while. I just need my samsung nexus to limp me through a few more weeks.

oh, ok, that makes more sense.... I was figuring fall.

Seems like all the specs have been released at this point though so I don't expect to be surprised, seems like another great device, just wish they would have upped the battery a bit but still one of if not the best offering for battery life for a phone (not including bricks like the maxx).

There is something up, go into your data breakdown and see what's eating it. I'm on FB all day, IG, and misc and I don't even touch 650MB in 2 weeks.

There is nothing there to change. Its just Android OS and data is all used in background.

There is an app that's running in the background. Download betterbattrystatus (search google and click the XDA link) and that should help you find out which app is causing issues.

Had my HTC one stolen this past weekend. Never been more pissed off in my life. As soon as i realized it was missing i called it from my friends phone and it was off.

Now my question. I have an old samsung galaxy s3 that has a broken screen. The phone itself turns on (can hear the sounds) but nothing shows on the screen and it is unresponsive. Im going to try and fix it, and from what i've read i need a digitizer.

When I look on ebay, theres $20 dollar ones, and $150 dollar ones. What is the difference between the two ? For example

The 20$ one is just the glass with digitizer the 150 one is the glass digitizer and screen. if your screen shows nothing you probably will need the 150 one. the 20 one is if you break the glass but screen still works.

Are you using the stock music app? If so, just download an app like

Most other music apps (PowerAmp, PlayerPro, Winamp, etc) give you the ability to customize your headset controls. Just gotta look in the options

Galaxy series from Samsung has it as well, s4 and s3 mini.

Have you seen the Moto x? Its pretty compact, smaller than even the nexus 4 and Galaxy nexus.

Nexus 5 might have been accidentally revealed in 4.4 release video too which is crazy. Further proof is that google took the video down after that was discovered.

Once it was stolen, it was turned off. Also I deactivated my sim on it so the person couldnt make long distance calls since im not from the city where it was stolen.

Think its worth it to re-activate my sim, and try this?

I'm not too sure how this thing actually works, maybe someone else can shed some light on it.

It works very well as long as your phone is on and has a data connection of sorts.

The accents are tough at times no doubt. This is better than the last unpacked event though- horrible actors, and that annoying kid.

As a whole Samsung has not got out a great presentations, but this might be the best (which is not saying much).
