I've seen posts on ******** by both guys & girls basically stating that being overweight is good.
Have we become so pathetic and lazy that we're now actually trying to convince society that gluttony is good now? The irony is that healthy weight is the new anorexic... disturbing actually.
What amazes me every day is:
1. People that try and give me crap for being in shape (insecure *******s)
2. People that presume im on drugs (ya...because all people that go to gym are on roids)
3. People that tell me I'm lucky to have a body like i do (wtf ... it's called working out you lazy slob)
4. People that think you spend your entire life in the gym (45min-1.5hrs ... takes up my entire day "rolls eyes")
5. People that think working out is hard (compared to what ... a box of donuts ... i guess so)
oh and...
6. People that let their kids become obese. Idiot parents going, "OMG he/she has diabetes??? HOW??" (How is killing your kid in this way not child abuse?)

Has American society become so bad that being OVERWEIGHT is good now?

Yes. America is built on the underdog. We now love fat people, poor people and hate anyone trying to better themselves.
We are so fukking lazy, it's easier to bring other people down to the crap level instead of work hard and be successful and productive.
The health care system loves this! They want the fat lazy ogres to be unhealthy to they can prescribe drugs and keep them as patients for life."I don't say goodbye until the pain says hello. That's how you know the set is done." -Greg Plitt

Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would love to see you say something like to my mother in front of me. Probably never happen though you are probably just an internet tough guy. I doubt very seriously you would say that to someones face. Just my thought. What do you think. Oh I am sorry you probably do not have a brain. I on the other hand will be happy to buy you a plane ticket to come here and see if you have the nerve to say that to someone I know.
But seriously just this morning in the cafeteria, 3 fat coworkers were telling me that you can be very healthy/in shape but still die crossing the street. lol BRB fat logic

All you need to do to confirm this is look at all the White Knighting overweight girls get on ******** and similar sites. We are told to be accepting of everyone, even though it is in no way natural to be obese. There's a reason a rise in disease prevalence is positively correlated to extreme weight gain.

I think it's more of being secure with yourself...overweight people happen to be insecure..that image is basically saying love yourself however you are. It doesn't say that you shouldn't workout..all it's saying is embrace yourself and don't feel like you are useless just because your are overweight
good message actually.
