Everyone in our group, especially Jay get's ripped every minute of every day - it's hilarious.

In all honesty, Brian is in incredible shape. He's much bigger in person even though is arms are sorta weird Kill Brian Kill! Haha!

Actually it is cool that he can poke fun at himself too. I noticed he didn't give the old banter about having high or short tricep insertions and what not. He just said "Yeah, they're "misshapen", and has a laugh. Not a fan of Brian's physique, but he does appear to be in pretty good shape.

I wonder how many sets he did of each? anyone else notice how he stayed at the 10-12 rep range? with enough sets and short enough rests that creates massive pumps, especially in the arms. Hell, depending on number of sets that volume could be comparable to an Arnold or Serge routine.

Thats why i respect Jay's training alot, because most people bitch about how he doesnt lift a ridiculous amount of weight, but if you actually trained with him you would be very tired very quickly..
