Hey Throwdown, unfortunately I will probably not relay this challenge into another one...only because I most likely wont have the time to keep up with it properly. Going to be doing some traveling...

I think the easiest way for members to decide is before/after pictures..but if anyone is not comfortable with that method we can simply use their before/after weight.

Had a good weekend. Ate completely clean, no junk. Chest is super sore though due to adding in an extra bench session friday and sunday. But overall feel good.
