    losing my upper chest! help

    at my old gym I could adjust the bench to such a slight angle that really helped me develop my upper chest

    since i switched to the new gym it went downhill
    the benches only go from like 180...

    so much debate between eating dirty and clean but if they are almost the same macros
    and the pizza is a lot easier to eat quanititywise (less to shove down)
    then why eat the pasta and cottage...
