I got my bodyfat tested and I was down a full %! I know it could have been more if I would have been completly dedicated to the diet thing instead of cheating a little. I am more motivated now!

Someone asked why the tomatoes are canned. I do not eat spaghetti sauce from a can or jar...and raw tomatoes will not work. I like the no salt added canned tomatoes...easy to pour on top of noodles...
