I have been training just...

Currently using MET-RX tablet version and its been great so far!

Dytamize Whey - Low carb- Smooth bannana. Cheap and very effective!

Reflex instant whey- Bannana

not sure if this counts but i used PHD flapjacks, they contain 17g of protein bar and are very nice!

Gaspari- Size on

Controlled labs- Green magnitude

I have tried No explode, SP250 and Jack3d

and I can say that nothing can compare to jack3d fantastic stuff!
