A friend of mine wants some helping shedding fat, this forum has been good in the past so I thought I run this by you guys.
would it be smarter to run a program where there are heavy light days with carb cycling OR a program such as rippetoe with TKD diet?
his information
age 22
height 5'11
weight 215
lifting experience n/a he can squat 180, bench 180 and dead 200.
the heavy light day would have looked like this
mon light push low carb
tues light pull low carb
wed cardio low carb
thurs heavy push high carb
fri heavy pull low carb
saturday cardio medium carb
sun low carb rest
