im 5'4, any size i put on shows... jealous? nobody is lol... i hate being short but thats a good part of it... at 6'1 youd have to put on a lot more than 25 lbs to see the results i do with 25 lbs ya know?

sadly not anymore... its a recent happening i must say but im no longer natural... before i did anything besides protein creatine and vitamins i was 132 lbs and i wa benching around 260 and deadlifting 420, so i put my time in the gym... i felt ready and although i will probably get some people bashing me i take it all in stride...

If you used ROIDS do you have to alter your workout regimine? Also, if I were to use roids for a month or something, would I lose all I gained after I stopped??

to the thread starter, you look pretty good, however you say you were unhappy at 132lb and then bulked up. your signature says 145lb so I assume thats a 13lb gain, not 25lb?
