I was hoping we could get sum posts on whats good to eat and like what you usually eat for protein and snack stuff like that.. I think we all can learn from this.. lol

number one ther is no shuch thing as a snack as a bodybuilder. Next the best protien sources are meat ie poultry, beef, tuna, milk eggs( mainly egg whites) and wey. YOu may see that things liek oatmeal, beans amd pototoes have protein but they are incomplete proteins meaning that htey dont contain enough aminos to be consider a part of you daily protien intake.
If you are on the go alot or are despreat ofr calories and protien then pick up som rpotien bars, nitrotech are the best becahe the have lthe least carbs and sugat plus the have about 300 calories per bar.To not be diciplined is to cheat yourself

and besides snacks are more efficient in proper amounts, rather then having 2 big meals close to each other, espically with excessive calories turning to fat bro

tuna
peanut butter sandwiches
weight gainer
homemade gainer shake
tuna
baked beans ( yes they are amazing )

boneless skinless chicken, i make it into a schnitzel so it goes down easier... that's the best for incredible weight gains. I eat about 1kg a day.
But, unfourtunately the fat is high too when you prepare it this way and the cost is very high. approx 15$CAN/per kiloIt is said, if you work hard for something, often, the rewards are far greater..
