I ahve been lifting for 3 years but mostly on and off. After football ended in Nevember, I have been lifintg heavy but starting squats in late december because of acl injury.
I dont do ATG squats and my legs are very strong. I think ATG squats will help your dead lift but not the parrelel max squat so much. Wehn I started 2 months ago I could go 365 for 2 reps. Now I can do it for about 7-8. I go slgihtly above parallel.
Now idk if this is for everybody but If I was you I woudlnt be too conscerned about going all the way down squating once evry 10 days. I squat 2 times per week and I have been seeing rapid growth.

Parallel squats are much worse on your knees than atg squats, which many people believe the other way around which is not true. Atg squats are much more beneficial because they bring your hamstrings into work, and make it truly the compound movement it is, also there's much less of a risk of injury.

Now don't get me wrong, I myself am small, but a parallel 365 for 7 or so reps isn't VERY strong.
