    If bulking how many days can u work a week?

    Well, here's my problem...
    Im bulking right now and i train 5 days a week in the gym, 1 muscle per day type of thing.
    Now someone has told me this is bad and recommended me to only work 3 days a week, is this true....because i prefer to have 1 session where i put all my energy training 1 muscle.

    Do whats best for you, 3 days a week why, unless you have time constraints for a specific reason..Like doing HIT or watever.

    Stick to your 5 days a week. Shoulders/Legs/Chest/Arms/Back etc

    If it works out for you, it's cool. Everyone is different, and some cannot train in that manner. If you ever find yourself having alot of trouble sleeping, losing strength, having jitters or anything, then you might be overtraining and that's when you might want to re-think your workout routine. To each is own.
