    Who here works forearms directly and what exercises do you do for them?

    because i never feel like i hit them and im j/w what everyone else does

    Wrist curls( Palms up and palms down) Do them twice a week but with atleast 2 days in between them

    try reverse barbell curls or hammer curls as well, these excersizes also work your bicep

    get some real hand grippers, not those ****ty ones they sell at sporting goods stores, get ones that u can only close about 10 times till u fail.
