Hi Guys
Please help . . .
I currently take CEE 45 mins before lifting with a shake (45g protein/20g carbs) This seems to give me some energy . . .
Is this ok, or should i have something else?

ErgoPharm AMP 1 hour and a half before a workout will blow your mind. I advise you to try it before it gets pulled from the market.
If you really want to go balls to the wall try it with Avant Labs Heat and Glucophase from DesignerSupps. If Fitness were that simple, we'd all wear Best Form Tank Tops!

I'm having a hard time finding something to stick with, here's the problem with what I've tried so far:
Used the Lipo 6/Vasopro stack, (still using) and it has helped great in weightloss, but seems to diminish my strength in the gym, even though I'm "jazzed up" while taking it.
AMP: Takes way too damn long to kick in, and the euphoric effect seems to take my focus off of the work-out, and onto social interests instead.
Ready4War: Worked decent at first, good mental focus and enough energy, but now the taste is increasingly un-easy to stomach, and made me feel like I was getting nauseaus(?) after my last work out. It tastes like jacked up iced tea on crack, but in a really bad way, not good.
SPIKE: Great pre-work out stimulant, never had any ill side effects that have been reported, BUT, horrendous crash 2 hours later.
Neurostim: FAR better taste than Ready4war, good energy, just too sweet to be sucking down all the time before a work-out!@
HELP! Maybe this REDLINE? Something that isn't as harsh to swallow? Suggestions?

I don't know about it getting pulled from the market, but I have to agree that AMP is definatly a nice pre-workout supp. I just finished my bottle and I'm definatly going to grab another.
I also want to try out "ready4war" hearin' good things about that aswell.
REDLINE isn't bad either. I would use that as a pre-cardio supp though rather than a pre-workout because of the shaking/shivering effect it gives you kinda interferes with your lifting or atleast it did with me.

Ultimate Orange
I just bought two cans of the original Ultimate Orange (Duchaine's) from a online classifieds site yesterday. I feel like a kid again. I cant wait to take that one scoop pre workout. For those that don't know about Ultimate Orange.... its the best preworkout drink ever made IMO.
I'm burnin rubber on these hoes like Vogues....

I remember one of the best pre workout stims for me was a large amount of black coffee. Cheap too I can't drink it anymore because of my guts. But since you're asking about supps; I really enjoyed the energy from Thunder. I'm curious about AMP though, you prob can't go wrong with that from the reviews.

AMP+GXR is the best pre-WO focus I've felt, bar none. SAN's VAULT is also pretty good if you want a combo creatine/NO/Stim type product.

I have tried most energyboosters, including ready4war and superpump250, in the beginning all works, but if you take it daily you won't feel a **** after couple months, you get immun. The only **** that works on me still is VPX redline and Supercharge, I prefer redline because it's just a table spoon you need.
You sit down expecting the worst, but what you get is a smooth sliding, fartless masterpiece that breaks the water with the splashless grace of an expert diver.
