It's too hard to tell, because like others said, you are still so young. You won't have that defined look because you lack the tesosterone still.
Lift hard and heavy, when the test does kick in you will become a monster. I only wish I could have started at your age.
Edit: I would have a mod take your pics down though, having your face exposed, and being so young you are gonna have some sicko 40 year old man Private Messaging you to have sex with him.

PS. If your going to do cardio, do it HIIT style. Doing it this way is a good way to lose fat, but not lost muscle at the same time.

i know everybody else is saying cardio but i would have to disagree. I think you should work on the basic bodyweight exercises and get yourself aquainted with the weights. DONT go heavy yet wait till you're like 14 but in the meantime do light weight 2 sets 12 reps so you are already to go. Plus lifting will burn the fat just as good if not better.

at your age i'd cut out the bodybuilding and lifting and just stick with being active, at your age your testosterone level isn't on your side for lifting or bulking. use your age and metabolism to your advantage while you still have it and run like the wind to cut down on your bodyfat until the age where your hormones kick in to the point where lifting is gonna actually give you good gains. take this as stage 1 (running/toning) so that when you reach the age where you can see better gains you'll already be cut up where you wont have to worry about cutting down, plus as long as you're cut girls will like you no matter how bulky you are so use that as your motivator, good luck and don't loose track of your goals. If you need any help don't hesitate to ask someone.
if you wan't to lift cut down the weight of your reps a ton, do 5lb bicep curls and do more reps (ex: 20-25). it'll get your tone down right and shave off that baby fat as well as strengthen your tendons for later down the road with heavier reps.Last edited by BoBaLLoOo; 07-17-2005 at 07:08 PM.

grade makes no difference, neither does whether you can beat peoples asses or not, the only thing that matters is health. either way don't jump the gun on yourself, if you start seriously lifting now and especially if you start supplementing you're gonna throw your hormone system for a loop once you get older with puberty. too many kids have started lifting too soon and by age 16-18 their faces resemble a meat lovers pizza from pizzahut
