    eating 2100 calories a day...

and im wanting to raise it a little so i can slow down or plateau my weight loss. im at 180 now and i really dont want to go any lower than 170-175. do you think i need to up them in this situation and if so, would adding a tablespoon or two of natural peanut butter do the trick. i already eat 7 times a day but extremely clean. im rarely hungry too and im looking good, good muscle mass, good waist size, etc. i just dont want to be TOO light. i guess im wondering how light will i get on 2100 calories a day, because if it wont take me too much lower ill stick to it, cuz i love the foods im eating and im satisfied with every meal. thanks for the help guys!

If you're still losing 2lbs a week you need an extra 1000 calories to maintain generally. Try it out and adjust. Just keep raising your intake until you stop losing weight. Find ways to fit the calories.

AND stop asking this question over and over!

sorry man. just havent gotten very many quality responses. i mean its obvious that i have to keep raising calories. but i dont want these calories to come from protein cuz i already take in 240g of protein as it is and i obviously dont want the calories to come from fat. sorry that im confused and have to ask a few times so that the people that are willing to help do help. and im not saying you arent helping, im just in a confused state (i might have obsession compulsive disorder about keeping in shape now!) so i ask a lot and dont realize when im being annoying. but once again, i just need some good ideas. thanks man, sorry as well.

absolutely on the dot...go for the 2 tablespoons of natty peanutbutter or however many spoons you want. Each tbsp has 16 grams fat and 100 cals. Don't worry about the fat bro, it wont make you fat...as long as its in your cal range.

    cheers

If you're eating 40/40/20 try adding calories using my personal favorite macro ratio: 40/40/20.

Yeah, most good PB's have around 160-200 calories per serving. 100 is really low.
