Everytime I see kids my age on this site post their pics...it just makes me feel like giving up how nice their bodies r compared to me. Anyway...right now I'm bulking and have been seeing a lot of people taking "No-Explode", what do you guys think about it? Is it really worth it? Right now the supplements I take are 100% ON Whey, Centrum MultiVitamins, Flax Seed Oil Capsules. I'm at around 13-14% bodyfat and want to make my body proportional so I'm bulking to get my legs / biceps-triceps up to par w/ my chest and stomach (lol not really abs but flab). I have Gyno and was wondering if it would be smarter to cut or bulk.
From the pictures...you can see how many arms aren't proportional to the rest of my upper body. HELP? I need some advice on how to fix this

dude... you are NOT 13-14 % bodyfat.
A rough estimate is 16-18 %. If you are 13-14, then I'm like 10-12% BF.
I'd say, bulk for a while so that you have some mass when you cut off the fat. The fat isnt hard to cut, it just takes a while. <- kinda like building muscle. Just stay dedicated and dont get down by looking at the mirror and not seeing what you want to see.Hehehehe Hahahaha Whohohohoh
Just throwin some logic in there.

Try something like "i must gain 8 pounds this month" and fight for it!
You need both bulk and cut, i would suggest you start cutting first, then go for the mass. Cut for 2 months. Start a workout and diet plan and follow it! You'll feel a lot better, then start packing up muscle. But remeber ! SET GOALS! A good average weight loss per week is 2 pounds so go for it.
About NO-Explode, leave it. You don't need expensive supplements to have a good body, just hard work. Stick to basic (you're good).

That's an option you have. Usually my advice on your situation is to cut first. Why ? Cause more fat you have, more fat your body will tend to store instead of muscle. But anyways, that's not very relevant if thing are done properly. Make your choice.
