    Oatmeal/Protein Powder Help!

Okay, I know this is a really stupid question, but when you mix a scoop of protein powder with your oatmeal how do you do it? For instance, I use the rolled oats, so do I cook it first then stir it in or do I stir the powder in when I pour the oats in when the water boils? If I do it afterwards it is really really gluey, but hell, I'll eat anything....how do you all do it? Thanks so much!!

Another thing is mixing your scoop of protein powder w/ some milk, if you add milk normally of course. Because it dissolve and it's just like you're pouring milk in there. Of course, i think it makes a BIG difference what protein powder you use, some just havea better mixing power. lol. if that makes sense.

I throw half a cup of uncooked oatmeal in the blender with my morning protein shake and grind the whole thing up and slam it down. Totally painless plus the oatmeal helps me digest whey better.

Try to blend the oats with a bit of hot water or milk to soften it first then put the protein powder and the rest of the milk together into a blender, i think it should works better!
