    eating carbs and meat bad for stomache?

    my dad told me that you shouldnt eat bread and meat together cause to break down bread is driffrent then breaking down meat he said that it damages you stomache any body got some scientific evidence cuss my dad ais also a perosn who believes that drinking milk is bad for your sotmache and gives you headaches (lol parents) so i want a second opinion
