it says not to take with dairy. so if i take zma how long should i wait to eat the dairy and vise versa. I drink 2 cups of milk, and I eat 1 cup ff cc and 2 tbsp of natty peanut butter before bed.

Calcium and ZMA do not go together. I would choose a different supplement if that is your pre bed time snack.
