    effects from squats

    Lately ive noticed that after doing squats my lower back started hurting when ever i start playing sports which involve me to twist my body like tennis.
    Is there anyadvice you guys have so i can stop having these pains? i heard that hanging on a bar three times a day helps.

    if what was sugguested by headless doesn't work you might wanna give front squats a try....ive always been told they are easier on the lower back

    if my gym had a hack squat machine i was going to try what you suggested and see how i liked it and if i liked it better than squats i was gonna do that
