    Well you can do it via the 2 easiest ways

    calipers - go to the doctor and have them test you, or buy your own

    scale - you can buy a scale that says your weight as well as bf%, but they are kinda expensive

    bump, but regardless of what these methods tell you, msot of the time its not as accurate as you think, ive taken one when i was at my heaviest(225) and it said iw as 21%..then my brother took it (who is bigger and leaner) and measued higher, ive used a hand held one that said i was38% heh..
    as far as accuracy goes they arent to dependable, but what you can use them for is showing you a margin of difference. measure yourself now then do it again in a couple months and you can at least see how much your gaining or losing,
